Bank transfer fees are charged by the bank under its arrangement with the sender; myhappyclass.edu.vn does not add this fee. MyHappyClass software fees are separate from tuition a teacher collects from students.

myhappyclass.edu.vn matches the amount actually received with your information, then replies and activates according to the Delivery, activation & refund policy. A transfer screenshot may help verification; if the funds are not yet credited or the transaction cannot be identified, we notify you so we can check together.

If you underpay, we tell you the remaining amount. Overpayments or duplicates follow the Delivery, activation & refund policy. If money is sent to an account that is not ours, contact your bank; we help confirm information where we can.

myhappyclass.edu.vn issues invoices/records as required. Please provide the details needed for accurate recording. Not asking for an invoice does not remove our duty to issue one when the law requires it.

We never ask for a bank password, PIN, or OTP by email, phone, or message. A change of receiving account is published in this payment policy and confirmed through official channels before it applies.
