Feedback and complaints
How we receive, review, and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
Updated: 12/09/2026
1. How to reach us
Email: hello@myhappyclass.edu.vn.
Email is received at any time; staff replies follow published support hours.
Please include contact details, account email, the request, a transaction code if you have one, and related documents. Proof of a paid plan is not required for personal-data, system-safety, or free-plan reports.
2. Process
- Record: receive the request, confirm, and ask only for information that is truly needed.
- Verify: check the transaction, plan status, related logs, and what you reported; we do not ask for unrelated data access.
- Propose a resolution: share verification results, options, and expected timing.
- Act: technical help, data correction, plan adjustment, compensatory extension, refund, or another suitable measure.
- Notify the outcome: by email or writing, stating what was done and next steps if you do not agree. Closing a support ticket does not remove a lawful right to complain or sue.
3. Timing
For negotiation requests under Vietnam’s consumer-protection law, MyHappyClass receives and starts negotiation within 7 business days of the request; a refusal is given in writing with reasons within the statutory period. This period is not restarted only because we ask for extra documents.
- Usual acknowledgement
- Within 1 business day of receiving the request.
- Usual resolution
- Expected 3–7 business days.
- Complex cases
- We explain why and share an update plan; we do not default to stretching a legal deadline.
- Confirmed refunds
- Follow the Delivery, activation & refund policy.
- Personal-data rights requests
- Follow the separate legal time limits; ordinary complaint periods do not replace them.
4. Principles and disputes
The parties communicate honestly and in good faith. If evidence is incomplete, we explain and guide you on what to add; we do not automatically reject a report only because an order code is missing or a correctable detail is wrong.
You do not have to provide a password or OTP. If we refuse a request, we state the grounds in writing.
You may ask a competent authority, a consumer-protection body, mediation, arbitration under a lawful agreement, or a court to resolve the matter. Our internal process does not take away other dispute-resolution rights.
