Service conditions and limits

The service is for individuals and organisations that need to manage classes. The person who contracts must have suitable capacity or lawful authority. Anyone registering for an organisation is responsible for their authority to do so.

The service is provided online and is not limited by a physical shipping route. Availability in each place depends on lawful access, infrastructure, and applicable rules. If we cannot provide the service, we notify you before taking payment or handle unused money under the Delivery, activation & refund policy.

You need a suitable device, browser, and Internet connection. You may use the free plan to check whether the service meets your needs before buying.

Being able to access the online software does not mean 24/7 on-site staff support.

Limits follow the purchased plan. When a limit is reached, you may need to rearrange data or choose to upgrade before creating more. myhappyclass.edu.vn does not auto-charge overage fees.

We do not silently add student-limit extras or hidden fees contrary to the published plan. Extra technical limits must be clear before a transaction.

• Do not access another account without permission.
• Do not spread malware or disrupt the system.
• Do not collect data unlawfully.
• Do not put content that breaks the law, privacy, or intellectual-property rights into the service.
• Do not resell usage rights outside an approved agreement.

For continuous consumer services under Vietnam’s consumer-protection law, myhappyclass.edu.vn announces the stoppage and restoration time at least 3 business days in advance, except force majeure. Other cases are notified in advance as agreed; emergencies are notified as soon as possible and do not automatically remove liability.

A supplier incident, power cut, or technical fault is not automatically force majeure. Force majeure must meet legal conditions; the affected party must notify and take suitable steps to reduce harm.

myhappyclass.edu.vn may limit use when a plan expires, a well-founded violation is found, a safety risk must be stopped, or a competent authority makes a lawful request.

Measures must be proportionate. We state the reason, scope, how to fix it, and a feedback channel; in an emergency we notify as soon as suitable, unless the law forbids it. You may ask for a review.

Locking an account does not automatically mean confiscating all money or deleting all data. Rights to receive data, unused amounts, and each party’s duties follow the contract, policies, and the law.

MyHappyClass fees buy a right to use the software. Enrolment results, learning outcomes, or a customer’s revenue are not guaranteed from using the service alone. Each party remains responsible for information and duties they committed to; this clause does not excuse myhappyclass.edu.vn from its own service faults.
